The City of Port Wentworth, Georgia, is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified design-build teams for the Mobley Park Remodel Project located at the 400 block of Armadale Road, Port Wentworth, Georgia. The project includes architectural and engineering services, permitting, labor, materials, equipment, supervision, testing, inspections, and improvements addressing park accessibility, athletic field conditions, building functionality, safety, appearance, and long-term maintenance. Specific work includes replacement of sidewalks with ADA-compliant concrete walkways, concrete paving around existing buildings, renovation of three baseball fields including infield reconstruction, grading, drainage, dugout improvements, fence replacement, irrigation, batting cage replacement, building renovations including restrooms, announcer, concession buildings, roofing, finishes, equipment, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, electrical infrastructure evaluation and correction, site restoration, staff training, warranties, and project closeout.
