### Description

<p><strong>Notice of Intent for Sole Source</strong><br />
<br />
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in Research Triangle Park (RTP) in Durham, North Carolina intends to award, on a sole source basis, a purchase order to<strong> Integra Biosciences</strong> in accordance with RFO 6.103-1(b) to purchase Protective EMA for government-owned Integra ViaFlo Instruments. This procurement is recommended to be processed without full and open competition.</p>

<p>EPA&rsquo;s Office of Chemical Safety and Pollution Prevention Office of Mission Critical Operations requires a Protective equipment maintenance agreement (EMA) for the government-owned Integra ViaFlo Instruments to ensure proper performance and dependability for this equipment and associated peripheral accessories.</p>

<p>The Integra Biosciences Protective EMA shall include:</p>

	<li>Basic PM Service (each):
	<ul>
		<li>Preventative maintenance of one base unit
		<ul>
			<li>Operational and safety functions test</li>
			<li>Mechanical and electrical parts check</li>
			<li>Inspection for wear</li>
