### Description

<p>The North Dakota Air National Guard intends to award a standalone firm-fixed-price sole-source Architect-Engineer contract to Zerr Berg Architects, Inc<strong>.</strong>&nbsp;for Type C construction-phase services supporting a previously designed installation access-control infrastructure upgrade in Fargo, North Dakota.</p>

<p>The authority for this action is 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.103-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.</p>

<p>The intended awardee is the project&rsquo;s original Designer of Record and previously performed the Type A and Type B services for the project. The requirement includes construction-phase technical support, design-related clarification, critical-submittal review, periodic inspections, modification support, testing support, record-drawing support, and project closeout documentation.</p>

<p>This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement or proposal, as appropriate, which will be considered by the Government.</p>

<p>Detailed technical information will be provided, as appropriate, to responsible sources upon request and subject to applicable access, handling, security, and release requirements.</p>
