<p>The Department of Justice (DOJ), Federal Prison Industries (FPI) UNICOR central office in Washington, DC has identified a need to procure for modernization of three (3) passenger elevators and one (1) freight elevator. Also as a requirement, the elevator motor room must have its own separate entrance. Therefore the contractor will close off the current entrance from the engineer&#39;s room and build an outside entry door with stairs leading to the new entry way into the motor room to comply with the new building codes.</p>
