### Description

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) announces the availability of its Finding of No Significant Impact and Record of Decision (FONSI/ROD) for the U.S. Space Force 2024 Final Supplemental Environmental Assessment for the Terran R Space Launch Program at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station. The assessment analyzed the FAA's issuance of a vehicle operator license to Relativity for Terran R operations and approval of related airspace closures. The FAA concurs with and adopts the analysis and findings of the 2024 Final SEA. Relativity's proposed action is to launch its Terran R vehicle following the retirement of its Terran 1 program.
