### Description

<p>The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is issuing Screening Information Request (SIR) Number <strong>697DCK-26-R-00437, Replace Roof and Hatches, Hilo Air Traffic Control Tower (ITO ATCT), 102 Ailolo Street, Hilo, Hawaii 96720 </strong>in accordance with the attached Request for Proposal, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.</p>

<p><strong>SITE VISIT</strong></p>

<p>The FAA urges and expects offerors to inspect the site where the work will be performed. <strong><u>The Site Visit date and time is to be determined</u></strong>.&nbsp;Information provided at this site visit, as well as answers to questions will not change/qualify the terms and conditions of the solicitation and specifications.&nbsp; Terms remain unchanged unless the solicitation is amended in writing. ATTENDANCE AT THE SITE VISIT IS STRONGLY ENCOURAGED.</p>
