### Description

The City of Superior, Wisconsin is requesting proposals from qualified professional consultants or consultant teams to provide planning, public engagement, interpretive development, landscape/site design, and related professional services for the Wisconsin Point Cultural Connections Project. The selected consultant will lead an integrated process resulting in concept-level design for a boardwalk/trail connection, pause or stopping points, and related physical site features, as well as complete, fabrication-ready design of selected interpretive signage. This project is funded by a $100,000 grant from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) through the Great Lakes Restoration Initiative (GLRI). All applicable federal guidelines must be followed. This solicitation is a Qualification-Based Selection in accordance with the Brooks Act, and no fees or proposed costs shall be submitted.
