<p>SOLE SOURCE</p>

<p>This is a Sole Source Request for Quotation for commercial services prepared in accordance with RFO Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A separate written solicitation will not be issued.<br />

<p>The proposed contract action is for commercial services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of RFO 6.103-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes.</p>

<p>The Government intends to make a single award to the sole source quoter, subject to the Government&rsquo;s determination that the quoted price is fair and reasonable and that the quoter is responsible.</p>

<p>To be eligible for award of a purchase order hereunder, the Quoter must be determined by the Contracting Officer to be a responsible prospective Quoter in accordance with RFO 9.1. The Government may utilize a combination of various Government database repositories used to determine that a contractor is responsible. Such sources include but are not limited to the following: System for Award Management (SAM) and Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS).</p>

<p>All quotes shall include price(s), FOB point, a point of contact, name and phone number, GSA contract number if applicable, business size, and payment terms.</p>
