### Description

<p>In accordance with RFO 12.301(a)(2), the U.S Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Walla Walla District, is issuing this special notice to make publicly available a sole source justification and approval with Basler Electric Company LLC for the supply of twelve (12) Basler Digital Excitation Controller Retrofit Upgrade Kits, three (3) Basler DECS-2100 spare parts packages, and twelve (12) electronic cabinets. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.</p>

<p>The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 334419,&nbsp;Other Electronic Component Manufacturing.</p>

<p>This notice of intent is not a formal solicitation or request for competitive proposals. No solicitation document is available and requests for such a document will not be honored. No award will be made on the basis of offers received in response to this notice.</p>

<p>Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities in writing to Mary.L.Seiner@usace.army.mil no later than 11:00 AM PDT on October 2, 2026. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement for future requirements.</p>
