### Description

The Committee for the Implementation of Textile Agreements (CITA) has determined that certain viscose printed twill lining fabric, certain polyester/cuprammonium dyed twill lining fabric, and certain polyester/viscose dyed twill lining fabric are not available in commercial quantities in a timely manner in CAFTA-DR countries. These products have been added to the list in Annex 3.25 of the CAFTA-DR in unrestricted quantities. The determinations are based on requests received from BK House LLC and subsequent procedures where no interested entity submitted a response offering to supply the products. The applicable date for these determinations is September 25, 2026.
