### Description

The contractor shall perform chemical application services on federal land administered by the USACE Garrison Project utilizing helicopter-based platforms. Services include 1) proactively surveying said lands for noxious weeds during appropriate growing season(s), 2) inventorying noxious weeds by collecting GPS data (coordinates, weed species, and acres of infestation), 3) controlling noxious weeds via appropriate helicopter chemical application capable of both spot treatment and solid coverage, 4) documenting chemical application services via submittal of completed pesticide application record (PAR)s and collection of global positioning system (GPS) datasets, 5) documenting the degree of noxious weed infestations via preparation and submittal of a comprehensive electronic database, 6) preparation and submittal of invoices for payment of services, and 7) providing proof of application, such as GPS spray tracks, physical or digital maps, etc. will be required.
