### Description

The City of Raleigh is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Citywide Standby Emergency Debris Monitoring Services. These services may be activated following hurricanes, severe storms, floods, tornadoes, or other emergency or disaster events. The scope includes monitoring and documenting debris removal operations, debris collection and disposal activities, contractor operations, and other related services necessary to support the City's debris management and reimbursement documentation requirements. The contract will be a Citywide master contract available for use by authorized City departments on an as-needed basis. Services will be performed in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local requirements, including FEMA Public Assistance requirements when federal reimbursement is anticipated.
