### Description

The contracted specialist will manage regulatory communication, execute stop-work protocols to protect unexpected cultural or burial discoveries, and deliver state-compliant archaeological reports required for final project closeout. This contract is on an "as needed" basis if and when ordered by the North Carolina Division of Emergency Management (NCEM).
