### Description

The U.S. Department of Commerce has determined that imports of model numbers 5C65M0 and BC70M0 of small vertical shaft engines produced by Chongqing Zongshen General Power Machine Co., Ltd. in China constitute later-developed merchandise that circumvent existing antidumping and countervailing duty orders on certain vertical shaft engines between 99cc and 225cc and parts thereof from China. This determination is effective as of September 24, 2026, and results in the continuation of suspension of liquidation and cash deposit requirements for these engine models. The inquiry was conducted pursuant to section 781(d) of the Tariff Act of 1930 and relevant regulations.
