### Description

<p>This Request for Information (RFI) is being issued pursuant to RFO Part 10, Market Research; a solicitation is not available at this time.&nbsp; This posting is for information gathering and planning purposes only, and in no way restricts the Government&rsquo;s final acquisition strategy.&nbsp; The Government will neither award an order solely on the basis of this notice, nor will it reimburse the contractor for any costs associated with preparing or submitting a response to this notice.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center, Combatant Command &ndash; Command and Control (C2) Division (AFNWC/NCC) Division is seeking a contractor with the requisite skills and experience to incrementally deliver working software using Agile and DevSecOps frameworks providing sustainment/maintenance, feature development, and architecture/integration updates on the operationally fielded SMPDS MSP software application code baseline.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The successful Contractor must possess and maintain a TOP SECRET (TS)/SCI level facility clearance (with ability to obtain Special program access) before the actual period of performance begins (Estimated <strong>11 March 2027</strong>).&nbsp; Personnel providing on-site liaison support may also be required to obtain a TS Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) clearance and capable of obtaining access to special programs.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Software development will initially occur within the Contractor&rsquo;s facility with software integration, to include checkout and testing on classified networks, occurring at the Government facility on a bi-weekly basis.&nbsp; However, AFNWC/NCC is currently planning to stand-up a software development environment on Offutt AFB, NE, so the transition of the Contractor&rsquo;s software development team(s) to Offutt AFB could occur during this contract&rsquo;s period of performance. The Government will determine transition strategies on a contract-by-contract basis.</p>
