Le CHU Sainte-Justine souhaite acquérir un système automatisé de numérisation de lames destiné à la Plateforme d’imagerie microscopique (PIM). La solution doit permettre la numérisation à haut débit et intégrer plusieurs modes d’imagerie : champ clair, fluorescence, polarisation, contraste de phase numérique (TIE). Le système Zeiss Axioscan 7 est identifié comme la seule solution répondant à l’ensemble des exigences scientifiques, techniques et opérationnelles. Le système inclut des fonctionnalités avancées telles que des sources LED couvrant UV à proche infrarouge, plusieurs modes d’imagerie, des caméras sCMOS, et une capacité de chargement automatique jusqu’à 100 lames. Le marché vise à soutenir la recherche biomédicale en imagerie numérique avec une garantie minimale de 3 ans.
