<p>The U.S. Embassy in Budapest, Hungary requires weekly gardening and groundskeeping services at 3 of its residential properties: &ldquo;Matyas&rdquo; (11,219 SqM), &ldquo;Ora&rdquo; (8,796 SqM), and &ldquo;Bimbo&rdquo; (7,528 SqM). The performance period is 1 year, expected to commence not later than November 1, 2026.</p>

<p>All firms that respond to this solicitation must be technically qualified and financially responsible to perform such a service. At a minimum, <strong><u>each offeror</u></strong> must meet the following requirements to submit a proposal:</p>

<ul>
	<li>have an established business with a permanent address and telephone listing <strong><u>in Hungary</u></strong>,</li>
	<li>be able to understand written and spoken English,</li>
	<li>have the necessary personnel, equipment, and financial resources available to perform the work, including trained and qualified employees for gardening/landscaping (vocational high school diploma, adult education certification, or similar),</li>
	<li>have a minimum of 5 years of experience in landscaping and lawn care maintenance,</li>
	<li>have all licenses and permits required by local, Hungarian law,</li>
	<li>have liability insurance,</li>
	<li>have no adverse criminal record (workers must obtain Hungarian &ldquo;Certificate of Good Conduct&rdquo;),</li>
	<li>accept NET30 payment terms.</li>
</ul>
