The quote shall be accompanied by a complete breakdown of all costs associated with the quote amount.  This shall include all labor categories, labor hours, materials and quantity costs, subcontractors, equipment, overhead and profit.  A copy of all quotes by all subcontractors shall also be forwarded.  In order to expedite the review of your quote, you may email your quote and breakdown directly to Tim Arnold at timothy.g.arnold@uscg.mil.
