  <p><strong>NAICS Code:</strong> 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction.</p>
  <p>The Hawaii National Guard intends to issue a <strong>Request for Proposals (RFP)</strong> to award a <strong>single firm fixed-price contract</strong> for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances, and supervision necessary for the construction of:</p>
  <ul>
    <li>KNMD209085 Munitions Maintenance and Inspection Facility</li>
    <li>KNMD209086 Conventional Munitions Cube Storage Addition</li>

  <p>located on the Hawaii Air National Guard campus, at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam (JBPHH), Hawaii. These projects will be conducted concurrently.</p>

  <p>Construct a new Munitions Maintenance and Inspections facility using conventional design and construction methods to support the facility's mission. This project has a statutory cost limitation of <strong>$14M</strong> for Unspecified Minor Military Construction (UMMC) Project - Adjustment of Dollar Limitations for Location pursuant to 10 USC Section 2805. The estimated square footage is <strong>2,400 SF</strong>.</p>
