<p><strong>Amendment 0002</strong></p>

<p>The purpose of Amendment 0002 is to:</p>

<p>1) Attach Q&amp;A<br />
2) Extend the RFQ Deadline to 8:00am PDT September 25th, 2026<br />
3) Clarify Quotations Instructions in regards to Attachment 2<br />

<strong>Amendment 0001</strong></p>

<p>This amendment revises the Schedule of Supplies/Services to add CLIN 3002, <strong>Physical Security CCTV Service &ndash; Emergent Calls</strong>, for the period 30 Dec 2028 through 29 Dec 2029.</p>

<p>Vendors shall acknowledge receipt of Amendment 0001 and resubmit their quotation.</p>

<p>All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.&nbsp;</p>

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services to repair and maintain electronic security systems at Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton and designated Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton medical-clinic locations, California. This requirement is a 100 percent Total Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS 561621 and PSC J059. <strong>Offers are due no later than 2:00 p.m. Pacific Daylight Time on September 24, 2026.</strong></p>
