### Description

<p>The U.S. Embassy San Jos&eacute;, Costa Rica, Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL), intends to award one (1) Firm-Fixed-Price construction contract to provide all fabrication, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, integration, quality control, safety oversight, and supervision necessary to deliver a fully operational <strong>Wet Scrubber and Recirculation Water System</strong> for the industrial incinerator located at <strong>OIJ Ciudad Judicial, Heredia, Costa Rica.</strong></p>

<p>The objective of this project is to assist Costa Rican efforts to effectively address transnational crime through provision of equipment, training, expertise, and law enforcement cooperation.</p>

<p>The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, fabrication, installation, QA/QC, safety, and supervision necessary to complete the Wet Scrubber and Recirculation Water System at OIJ Ciudad Judicial, delivering a safe, code-compliant, fully commissioned system with complete documentation, and achieve Final Acceptance within <strong>sixty (60) calendar days</strong> after issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP).</p>
