### Description

<p><strong>Sources Sought</strong>&nbsp;<strong>ONLY, </strong>this<strong> <u>is not</u></strong> a Request for Quote (RFQ) and in no way obligates the Government to award any contract/purchase order.&nbsp; The purpose of this Sources Sought is to seek out interested Small Businesses capable of fulfilling this requirement for a new USMC Mascot aboard Marine Corps recruit Depot Parris Island, SC.</p>

<p>MCRDPI is performing market research to determine available sources that can provide one (1) Purebred English Bulldog puppy.&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

<p><strong>Description:</strong></p>

<p>The contractor shall deliver one English Bulldog puppy:&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

<ul>
	<li>Purebred English Bulldog, registered with the American Kennel Club (AKC).</li>
	<li>Sex:&nbsp;Female.</li>
	<li>Age:&nbsp;Between 8 and 16 weeks old at the time of delivery (December 1-15, 2026).</li>
	<li>Color:&nbsp;White with brown markings.</li>
	<li>Temperament: shall be of sound and stable temperament</li>
	<li>Genetic Suitability:&nbsp; the puppy must come from lineage with genetic tolerance to the heat and humidity in Parris Island, South Carolina.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>

<p>Interested Vendors shall provide the following information to the POC:</p>

	<li>Cage Code/ Unique Identity Code.&nbsp;</li>
	<li>Socio Economic Status (i.e., HUBZone, Woman Owned Small Business).</li>
	<li>Breeders Capability Statement providing all requirements stated in PWS.</li>
