### Description

<p>This is a pre-solicitation notice prepared in accordance with RFO FAR 5.1 and satisfies the posting requirement under RFO FAR 12.201-1(c)(2)(i). The Government intends to solicit quotations directly from suppliers using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.&nbsp;A formal solicitation will NOT be posted publicly. Quotes will be requested directly from selected suppliers.&nbsp;This notice is for information purposes only. It is NOT a request for quotations. This acquisition will be a&nbsp;Small Business Set-Aside.&nbsp;The Government will use a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable evaluation approach under applicable commercial-product and simplified-acquisition procedures.</p>

<p>The Government requires one new compact wheel loader, delivered fully operational and suitable for earth-moving and excavating operations. The solicitation identifies the Wacker WL250 as a known product that meets the Government&rsquo;s requirements. Brand-name-or-equal products are anticipated to be acceptable, provided the offered product meets or exceeds all stated salient physical, functional, and performance characteristics.</p>
