### Description

This opportunity is for SEAPORT NXG MAC HOLDERS ONLY and is a Small Business SET ASIDE. No other offers will be considered. SeaPort MAC holders will need to register for PIEE accounts in order to receive solicitations and submit proposals/offers. This requirement is for a five year period of performance for a Cost Plus-Fixed-Fee type seaport task order for the Compatibility Test Facility (CTF) design of test and evaluation facility installations, systems, and equipment under the cognizance of NSWCPD. This includes all existing and proposed Hull, Machinery Electrical systems and equipment. Support is needed at the NSWCPD test sites and facilities to address various issues of concern such as floor loading, support systems capacities, and available power.
