### Description

This solicitation is for the installation of one Calhoun HT Series Super Structures salt shed measuring 72 feet wide by 120 feet deep on a 6-foot leg. The structure will be made of hot dipped galvanized steel and heavy-duty fabric, closed in the back with two 3' x 3' passive vents on the gable end, and partially open in the front with a 14' x 20' door frame. The salt shed will be installed on a 6-foot high 4,000 psi precast block foundation as specified in the plans provided in the IFB. A pre-bid site meeting is scheduled for October 1, 2026, at the Highway Barn in East Freetown, MA, and all prospective bidders are encouraged to attend.
