	<p><strong>Compliance with Safety Regulations:</strong> The contractor is solely responsible for ensuring that all proposed equipment, designs, and installations strictly comply with all <u><strong>applicable</strong></u> local, state, national, and military safety codes, building regulations, and industry standards (including, but not limited to, OSHA and manufacturer safety specifications).</p>

	<p><strong>Seismic Calculations &amp; Permitting:</strong> Specialized seismic-rated structural calculations, localized structural Professional Engineer (PE) stamps, and building permits are <u><strong>not required</strong></u> to be submitted to the government as a deliverable under this solicitation.</p>

	<p><strong>Anti-Tip &amp; Floor Anchoring:</strong> To satisfy the safety requirements of the installation, the contractor must provide standard floor-anchoring and manufacturer-approved anti-tip mechanisms to ensure the high-density mobile shelving system is stable, securely anchored, and fully safe for daily military operations.</p>
