### Description

<p><u><strong>Amendment 1</strong></u></p>

<p>The purpose of this amendment is to:&nbsp;</p>

<p>1. Update Block 8 of the SF1449 to extend the solicitation close date/time from Thursday, 24 Sep 2026 at 4:30 AM EDT to Monday, 28 Sep 2026 at 1200 PM EDT.<br />
2. Update Block 10 of the SF1449 to change the acquisition from unrestricted to 100% small-business set-aside.&nbsp;</p>

<p>All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.</p>

<p><strong>NOTE:</strong> The conformed copy of the original solicitation and the amendment is incorporated into the attachments as &quot;Solicitation Amendment - FA441826Q01030001&quot;. The standalone amendment is incorporated in the attachments as &quot;Solicitation Amendment FA441826Q01030001 SF30&quot;.</p>

<p>Joint Base Lindsey Graham, SC is issuing this Request for Quote (RFQ) for the procurement and delivery of one (1) Portable Pier-Class Power Distribution Center (PDC) with Integrated Transformation (Portable Pier Electrical Service Panel) in accordance with the attached Salient Characteristics (see Atch-01). This requirement includes brand-name or equal&nbsp;Duraline cam-locking connectors, Hubbell receptacles, and Legrand Pass &amp; Seymour receptacles&mdash;as these exact models are currently integrated into and utilized by existing&nbsp;shore-to-ship power infrastructure.&nbsp;</p>

<p>All quotations must be submitted electronically via email directly to the Contract Specialist, Lt Hamilton (gervon.hamilton@us.af.mil), and the Contracting Officer, Taylor McDaniel (taylor.mcdaniel.1@us.af.mil), no later than <strong>Monday, 28 September 2026, at 12:00 PM Eastern Time</strong>.</p>
