### Description

<p>This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial service in accordance with the format in RFO Part 12/13 as supplemented with additional information included with this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The U.S. Department of Agriculture intends to award one Purchase Order for the commercial service as described in solicitation.</p>

<p>The Grape Genetic Research Unit (GGRU) Administration Building at the USDA facility in Geneva, NY, has remnants of structural elements&mdash;including concrete slabs, walls, and foundations&mdash;from previous demolition activities, as well as associated infrastructure from the former greenhouse, mechanical equipment yard, and equipment pads. These materials hinder future site use and pose safety and environmental concerns. The purpose of this Performance Work Statement is to outline the requirements for complete demolition and removal of all remaining structures, ensuring safe disposal, proper site re-grading, and restoration with appropriate landscaping. This project will prepare the site for future development or research activities, aligning with USDA operational standards and supporting ongoing agricultural research needs</p>

<p>The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offers the lowest overall price in accordance with FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation&mdash;Commercial Items, page 12 of the solicitation.</p>
