<p>This requirement is for&nbsp;the continued development, integration, optimization, testing, and deployment of technical enhancements to the existing AI Classroom / Teach-the-Teacher System.&nbsp;at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio.&nbsp;</p>

<p>NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SINGLE SOURCE:&nbsp; The NAICS Code is 541511 Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRLRIZ), WPAFB, OH contemplates awarding a single source purchase order as authorized by RFO 12.201-2 to Invisible Arts LLC.&nbsp; Please see the attachments to this notice for additional details.&nbsp; This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals.&nbsp; A determination by the Government for the competition of this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.&nbsp; Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.&nbsp; Any responses should be e-mailed to the buyer at EMAIL no later than 24 September 2026 at 12:00 PM Eastern Time.&nbsp; Only responses received by this date will be considered.&nbsp; All questions should be directed to the buyer at michael.hornberger.1@us.af.mil.&nbsp;</p>
