PHMSA is convening a virtual public meeting of the Liquid Pipeline Advisory Committee (LPAC) to review and discuss proposed updates to pipeline safety regulations.

This notice announces a public virtual meeting of the Technical Hazardous Liquid Pipeline Safety Standards Committee, also known as the Liquid Pipeline Advisory Committee (LPAC). The meeting will discuss notices of proposed rulemaking (NPRMs) related to breakout tank inspection, remote monitoring of hazardous liquid pipeline rectifiers, and hazardous liquid valve maintenance schedule. The meeting is scheduled for October 21, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. EST, with registration required by October 17, 2026.
