### Description

<p><strong>Notice of Intent to Sole Source</strong></p>

<p><strong>Action:</strong>&nbsp;The Department of the Air Force intends to award a sole-source contract under&nbsp;<strong>FAR 6.302-1 / FAR 13.106-1(b)</strong>&nbsp;for the inspection, overhaul, refurbishment, and testing of government-owned satellite terminal antennas.</p>

<p><strong>Requirement:</strong>&nbsp;Work must meet OEM technical specifications. The Government does not own the proprietary data, software, or tooling required to compete this effort.</p>

<p><strong>Responses:</strong>&nbsp;Per&nbsp;<strong>FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii)</strong>, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement demonstrating authorized OEM repair capabilities.
