L’Université de Sherbrooke souhaite acquérir un système de caméra Laue pour la caractérisation et l’alignement de petits échantillons monocristallins. Le système sera utilisé dans un laboratoire de recherche multidisciplinaire, principalement pour la détermination de l’orientation des axes cristallins d’échantillons, soit pour leur vérification, soit pour la découpe ou le polissage ultérieurs des cristaux.
