### Description

****This is a pre solicitation notice only and includes a draft Scope of Work.This project includes replacing the grounding and high-level shut-off valves for both F-24 tanks (Tank 1 and Tank 2), extending the tank catwalk platform, and installing a check valve on the relief discharge into Tank 2. Additionally, the scope involves installing a truck offload meter, a visual fuel flow indicator, an eyewash station, and a filter separator maintenance platform for the truck offload/fillstand, while providing integrated truck overfill prevention and ground verification systems.
