<p>Amendment 03 was added to update &quot;Amendment02Attachment 4_Price Proposal&quot; and to add the Questions and Answers to the Site Visit.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Amendment 02 was added to provide an update to SOW and an updated appendix A.</p>

<p>This is a formal Request for Proposal (RFP) for commercial construction services prepared in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 12.201, in conjunction with RFO Part 36 procedures. This effort is being competitively solicited as a 100% small business set-aside under NAICS code 238330, Flooring Contractors with a small business size standard of $19.0 Million. This RFP is for the subject project to be awarded in accordance with RFO Part 12 and Part 36 procedures and the specific instructions outlined within this RFP and its attachments. The Government intends to award a single firm-fixed-price purchase order for the subject requirement.</p>
