<p>The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) invites you to submit a quote in response to Request for Quote (RFQ) CORHQ-26-Q-0335 for <strong>FDIC&#39;s Solarwinds IT Software subscription renewal.</strong></p>

<p>All quotes shall be submitted in strict adherence to the proposal instructions outlined in provision 7.3.2-09 &ldquo;General Proposal Instructions &ndash; December 2023&rdquo;, included in the referenced solicitation. The FDIC will respond to questions or requests for clarification submitted in writing by an offeror, regarding this solicitation. Questions or requests for clarification must be submitted by 2:00p.m. (Eastern Standard Time), on September 24, 2026, by email to Harold Groves at hgroves@fdic.gov. Offerors shall put the RFQ number (CORHQ-26-Q-0335) in the subject line of the email on any questions or quotes submitted in response to this solicitation.&nbsp;</p>
