### Description

The Cochrane District Services Board (CDSB) is seeking proposals from qualified Not-for-Profit licensed childcare service providers to create, operate, and deliver licensed childcare spaces in Matheson, Ontario, participating in the Canada-Wide Early Learning and Child Care (CWELCC) system. The successful proponent will establish and operate a high-quality childcare program that supports affordable, accessible, inclusive, and culturally responsive early learning services for families within the District of Cochrane. The provider must comply with Ontario's Child Care and Early Years Act, participate in the CWELCC program, and support diverse communities including Anglophone, Francophone, Indigenous, and children with special needs. The contract will be a one-year service agreement with CDSB.
