<p>Reminder: Contractor Responsibility to Review and Comply with Sections L and M of the Solicitation</p>

<p>This notice is to remind all offerors of the importance of carefully reading and fully complying with Sections L and M of the solicitation.</p>

<p>Section L provides the instructions, conditions, and notices to offerors, including specific requirements for proposal preparation and submission. Offerors are responsible for ensuring their proposals address all required elements, follow the prescribed format, include all requested documentation, and are submitted in accordance with the stated instructions and deadlines.</p>

<p>Section M identifies the evaluation factors and basis for award. Offerors should review this section closely to understand how proposals will be evaluated, including the relative importance of evaluation factors and any minimum requirements or pass/fail criteria.</p>

The purpose of this amendment is to provide the Government&rsquo;s responses to questions received regarding the delivery time.</p>

Given this manufacturer&rsquo;s delivery schedule, please confirm whether the Government will maintain the 60-calendar-day delivery requirement or consider revising the delivery schedule to allow full delivery within approximately 100 calendar days.</p>

This contract is strictly for manufacture, assembly hardware, and delivery; on-site filling, ballasting, and deployment will be accomplished by Government personnel.</p>
