<p>Solicitation N0042126Q1376 is issued with an intent to sole source.&nbsp; The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Teledyne, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 12.&nbsp; &nbsp;</p>
