<p>The US Army Corps of Engineers &ndash; Rock Island District has a requirement for the purchase and delivery of ready-mix concrete to <strong>Lake Red Rock Remedial Levees Project, </strong><strong>Pleasant Hill, IA</strong>. A call order was issued via email to all current blanket purchase agreement (BPA) holders to submit quotes on September 22, 2026, 02:00 pm CDT. &nbsp;In accordance with RFO FAR 5.101(a)(1) proposed contract&nbsp;actions expected to exceed $20,000 must be disseminated by synopsizing in the Governmentwide point of entry, which is https://www.sam.gov.</p>
