<p>The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than a full and open competition basis for a 1) 940 Professional IC Vario (Two/SeS/PP) with 942 Extension Module Vario (SeS/PP). This requirement is sole sourced to Thermo Electron North America LLC at 5225 Verona Road Madison WI 53711 as the Ion Chromatography are being purchased on GSA contract 47QSWA21D0055. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency. The written response shall reference Notice ID number N68936-26-SIMACQ-D550000/E550000-0359 and provide a capability statement that clearly states the firm&#39;s experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule. &nbsp;</p>
