SUBMISSIONS FROM NON-SEAPORT-NxG HOLDERS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. ***This PWS provides program management services to the PMA-231 E-2/C-2 Airborne Command and Control Systems Program Office, supporting the mission to develop, acquire, and sustain unmatched carrier-based command, control, and logistics aircraft. This includes project management, acquisition, administrative, and budget financial management services for PMA-231 Integrated Product Teams (IPTs). PMA-231 IPTs are responsible for maintaining aircraft capabilities from cradle to grave.
