<p>NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD (SOLE SOURCE)</p>

<p>The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract/purchase order to:</p>

<p>It is the belief of the Government that this organization is the sole source to fulfill the need of one responsible source to satisfy the agency&#39;s requirement. (See attached justification [JOTFOC]).</p>

<p>2. Regulatory and Statutory Authority</p>

<p>This sole-source contracting action is conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Class Deviation / Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) guidelines.</p>

<p>Under the RFO, simplified procedures for commercial acquisitions are consolidated under <strong>RFO FAR Part 12</strong> [specifically <strong>RFO FAR 12.201-1</strong> (Simplified procedures) and <strong>RFO FAR 12.102(a)</strong> for acquisitions valued at or below the Simplified Acquisition Threshold].</p>

Information received will be considered solely for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive solicitation for future requirements regarding this program. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice.</p>
