### Description

<p><strong>Combined Synopsis/Solicitation</strong></p>

<p>This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.&nbsp; This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.</p>

<p>This notice is being issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) under solicitation number 80KSC026Q0013 for&nbsp;the delivery and activation of a fully fabricated, ready-to-connect compressed-air system to generate clean, dry air for use at LC-39B, Kennedy Space Center, FL. This equipment shall survive a launch induced environment but is not expected to operate during launch.&nbsp; The attached Statement of Work (SOW) includes the requirements for performance of this scope.</p>
