<p>The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) awarded Contract No. 75D30126P21489 to the Texas Department of State Health Services for the Pregnancy Mortality Surveillance System &ndash; Texas. The contract was awarded on a sole-source basis pursuant to RFO FAR 6.103-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.</p>
