<p>This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.&nbsp; This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.&nbsp; Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Solicitation number 1240BE26Q0103 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a contractor to provide&nbsp; HVAC Controllers Service &amp; Maintenance at El Portal &amp; Catalina.</p>

<p>Statement of Requirement</p>

<p>The U.S. Forest Service at El Yunque National Forest (EYNF) requires services to maintain building HVAC Controllers in safe, reliable and efficient operating condition &amp; routine maintenance services. Pricing includes all costs associated with providing HVAC Controller maintenance services in accordance with manufacturer&rsquo;s warranty including materials, labor, overhead and profit. The contract will be for a base year, with four one-year optional periods of performance in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).</p>
