<p>This is a combined Sources Sought/Advance Notice only. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) Strategic and Computing Systems Department (A Department) has a follow-on requirement for technical analysis and engineering support for mission assurance, defense and commercial critical infrastructure, and their cyber and physical dependencies. (RFP N0017827R4405). See the attached Advance Notice/Sources Sought for additional information.</p>

<p>NSWCDD will host an in-person Industry Day regarding the anticipated follow-on contract for Mission Assurance Services solicitation, on 29 Sept 2026 at the University of Mary Washington-Dahlgren Campus, 4224 University Drive, King George, VA 22485, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.</p>

<p>To support market research under RFO Part 10, NSWCDD will offer optional one-on-one sessions with industry partners who request it. Requests for one-on-one sessions should be made along with interested parties&rsquo; registrations and are planned to occur from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM on 29 Sept 2026 upon the conclusion of the Industry Day Question &amp; Answer period. In the event more requests are received than can be accommodated on the afternoon of 29 September 2026, a separate meeting date will be coordinated. Requests for optional one-on-one meetings will not be honored after the registration deadline of 5:00 PM EST 22 September 2026. Virtual one-on-one sessions will not be held.</p>

<p>This notice is issued for&nbsp;informational and planning purposes only&nbsp;and does not constitute a solicitation. The Government is not requesting proposals at this time. Participation in the Industry Day is voluntary and is not required in order to compete for any future solicitation.</p>

<p>Conduct and Content of the one-on-one meeting:</p>

<ol>
	<li>Purpose: The primary purpose of these sessions is for the government to receive information about a contractor&#39;s capabilities related to the DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW) attached to the Advance Notice/Sources Sought. While government personnel may ask clarifying questions during the session, they will not solicit formal proposals or ask for follow-up information that could be construed as a pre-solicitation.</li>
	<li>Government Attendance: A minimum of two government representatives (e.g., a subject matter expert and/or a program representative) will be present. The relevant Contracting Officer (PCO) and/or other Contracts Department representatives will also be present.</li>
	<li>Official Setting: All one-on-one meetings will take place in the designated meeting room. Meetings at other locations are not permitted.</li>
	<li>Session Length: 15 minutes per company (strictly enforced).</li>
	<li>Industry Delegation Limit: Maximum of two (2) representatives per company team.</li>
	<li>Classification: Unclassified. No classified discussions permitted.</li>
	<li>No Preferential Treatment: Government personnel will not offer advice, assistance, or opinions that could be interpreted as a commitment or endorsement. The discussion will remain impartial. Your questions and the Government&rsquo;s answers will be sanitized and shared with all potential offerors via the PIEE Solicitation Module.</li>
	<li>Government personnel are prohibited from disclosing any non-public information, including but not limited to:</li>

	<li>Sensitive acquisition information (e.g., cost estimates, evaluation plans, proposal rankings).</li>
	<li>Information protected under the Privacy Act or Trade Secrets Act.</li>
	<li>Another contractor&#39;s proprietary information.</li>
	<li>Questions about performance under the current task order.</li>
</ul>

<p>&nbsp;These sessions are strictly informational. They serve as market research and do not constitute a formal solicitation or a guarantee of future contractual action. Attendance at this event is voluntary and is not a prerequisite for future contract opportunities.</p>
