<p>This Special Notice is to advise interested members of the Training and Readiness Accelerator II&nbsp;<br />
(TReX 11), as well as other interested members within the U.S. technology base, that a Request for&nbsp;<br />
Solutions (RFS) has been issued by Advanced Technology International (ATI) for&nbsp;Future Training Directorate (FTD)</p>

<p>The purpose of the Training and Readiness Accelerator II (TReX II} is to spur innovative&nbsp;<br />
development, demonstration, and expedited delivery of prototypes to increase Warfighter readiness&nbsp;<br />
via modeling, simulation, education/training, experimental validation, and military readiness&nbsp;<br />
focused projects. A consortium has been established to develop prototypes directly relevant to&nbsp;<br />
enhancing the mission effectiveness of military personnel and the supporting platforms, systems,&nbsp;<br />
components, or materials proposed to be acquired or developed by the Department of Defense (DOD),&nbsp;<br />
or to improvement of platforms, systems, components, or materials in use by the Armed Forces.<br />

<p>This prototype project will enhance the mission effectiveness of military personnel by improving the platforms, business systems and business procedures within the Future Training Directorate (FTD). &nbsp;The contractor shall collect, analyze, and archive data that will support programmatic, business initiative requirements, develop and maintain related study databases and/or websites formatted for multiple toolsets, including scenario laydowns and system representations utilized within analytic tools for participation in joint experimentation, initiatives and other analysis forums. The contractor shall support the Government by assisting and performing integrated analysis, evaluations and/or assessments of organizational structures, missions, architectures with relevant analysis to include for prototyping, modeling and simulation, concepts for the realm of the possible, services, products, systems, and technologies in the areas of doctrine, organization, training, materiel, leadership and education, personnel, facilities, and policy (DOTMLPF-P).</p>
