### Description

<p>The purpose of this requirement is to build on the Phase 1 results and collect additional data to develop a comprehensive understanding of the vertical and lateral extent of PFAS contamination in soil, groundwater, sediment, and surface water. This&nbsp; comprehensive understanding of PFAS contamination will be used to perform risk assessment and subsequent phases of the CERCLA process. The requirement includes sampling soil and water, installing groundwater wells, validating and analyzing data, and generating reports.</p>
