### Description

The Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA), a division of the Minnesota Department of Public Safety (DPS), is requesting proposals from qualified responders to provide training for peace officers, law enforcement staff and leadership, and for various BCA programs and conferences. The resulting contracts will create the BCA Educator Master Contract Program, a bank of educators capable of teaching one or more topics or elements of the courses, programs, and conferences required for the BCA to fulfill its statutory training mission. The program aims to meet BCA's statutory requirement under Minnesota Statutes 626.848 to provide training for peace officers, with courses corresponding to officers' powers, duties, use of approved equipment, and latest techniques for detection, identification, and apprehension of criminals.
