### Description

<p>Army Contracting Command - Rock Island Arsenal (ACC-RIA) hereby issues Solicitation W519TC-26-Q-A219 for Multi-Tasking Machines in support of Rock Island Arsenal- Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center. This solicitation will result in a single firm-fixed price contract. This solicitation is issued in accordance with (IAW) Revolutionary &nbsp;Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul(RFO) Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services) and RFO FAR Part 15 (Contracting by Negotiation). This solicitation will be awarded to the&nbsp; lowest priced technically acceptable offeror. Multi-Tasking Machine specifications and procedures shall be in accordance with Attachment 0001 - RIPD.</p>
